  On 10th July, some of our club members will be taking part in the GTI ‘100 Rounds of Sparring’ charity event in Shrewsbury. All students are welcome to take part. Challenge yourself to complete 100 x 1 minute rounds of sparring; or, if you prefer, sign up to complete 25, 50 or 75 rounds of sparring instead. You can also opt to complete 25, 50, 75 or 100 minutes of patterns if sparring isn’t your thing. It’s all about…
