| Events | Patterns Sparring for yellow belts & above (children aged 9 and under who are white belts or yellow stripes can do tag sparring) Special technique for under 18s: flying side kick for 13 & under; 14-17 years flying high kick Power breaking (adults only; green belts & above only) |
