Participants will have to survive 100 rounds of taekwondo sparring (or 25, 50 or 75 rounds for juniors) or up to 100 minutes of patterns. The bravest will even do it in fancy dress!<\/p>\n<p class=\"cp-body-medium mb-4 mt-0\">This is likely to be very sweaty and extremely hard work! So please dig deep and sponsor our efforts. It&#8217;s for a very worthy cause. We are raising funds for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zoes-place.org.uk\/liverpool\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Zoe&#8217;s Place Baby Hospice<\/strong><\/a> in Liverpool, which almost had to close down in 2024 before it was saved by overwhelming support and a ton of donations from the public.<\/p>\n<p class=\"cp-body-medium mb-4 mt-0\">Zoe&#8217;s Place provides specialist care for very ill babies and their families. The hospice is almost entirely reliant upon public donations, so please help us to support this amazing local charity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"cp-body-medium mb-4 mt-0\">Let&#8217;s go,
