North West Spirit Taekwondo (formerly Halewood Taekwondo Club) was founded in 2007 in Liverpool. We train in traditional (ITF style) taekwondo, and we are affiliated with Global Taekwondo International (GTI)<\/span><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our club is family-friendly, welcoming students from a variety of backgrounds.\u00a0We have classes<\/span><\/a> suitable for beginners and advanced students; children and adults; casual attendees and dedicated tournament competitors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our tournament team is very active, and our fighters regularly achieve success at events across the country. The team includes national and international champions in both junior and senior categories, including several World and European Champions. We also have a growing number of black belt students in both junior and senior age groups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At North West Spirit Taekwondo, we try to mix high standards of performance and discipline with a fun and friendly atmosphere.  Our coaches are dedicated to encouraging students to push beyond their expectations and to reach their full potential.
