{"id":1366,"date":"2020-08-05T16:30:05","date_gmt":"2020-08-05T15:30:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nwstkd.com\/?p=1366"},"modified":"2020-08-05T16:31:48","modified_gmt":"2020-08-05T15:31:48","slug":"reopeningdate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nwstkd.com\/index.php\/2020\/08\/05\/reopeningdate\/","title":{"rendered":"Reopening Date!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We\u2019re pleased to announce that we\u2019ll be restarting taekwondo classes on&nbsp;<strong>Wednesday 2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;September<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/nwstkd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/were-back-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nwstkd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/were-back-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/nwstkd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/were-back-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/nwstkd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/were-back-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/nwstkd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/were-back-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/nwstkd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/were-back-1x1.png 1w, https:\/\/nwstkd.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/were-back.png 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Classes will look very different from before the pandemic, so please read the updated <a href=\"http:\/\/nwstkd.com\/index.php\/covid-19\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Implementation Plan<\/span><\/a> so that you know what to expect.<br>Some of the main changes include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maximum of 8 students per class<\/li><li>All activities will be non-contact and students will be distanced by 2 metres<\/li><li>Classes must be booked and paid for online (first come, first served)<\/li><li>Class fees will increase to \u00a34.00 per hour<\/li><li>No parents\/guardians or spectators may enter the building (unfortunately, the back room will be unavailable)<\/li><li>The Saturday class timetable will change to include a Junior class, Senior class, Red &amp; Black Belt class, and an hour-long online session<\/li><li>Coaches will carry out thorough cleaning of training areas and corridors\/surfaces. Hand sanitiser will be available for students\u2019 use on entry\/exit<\/li><li>No new students accepted until further notice.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We realise that some of these measures are not ideal, but we hope you\u2019ll understand that it\u2019s the best we can do at the moment. We\u2019ll keep government guidance under review, and let you know if we\u2019re able to ease any of the restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Classes will be available to book online in the next few weeks. Students will be sent an email alert once bookings are open. We\u2019ll also check for expired licences and get in touch with you if you need to renew (your licence should be valid before you book a class).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to seeing you all in a few weeks\u2019 time (we still have certificates and belts for those who did the grading way back in March!).
