Well done to all our fighters, including Raza and Tess, who missed out on the medals but were both amazing. A special shout-out goes to Elise, who was competing for the first time. She made it to the play-offs in patterns and won gold in her sparring category! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whatever your results, be proud of what you’ve achieved and always try to think of something you can improve on for next time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
