North West Spirit Taekwondo is a family-friendly martial arts club based in Garston, south Liverpool. We welcome students of all backgrounds and abilities, with classes suitable for adults and children aged 5+.

We train in traditional (ITF style) taekwondo and we are affiliated with Global Taekwondo International (GTI). Our instructors aim to mix high standards of performance and discipline with a fun and friendly atmosphere.
