➡️ 7.30-8.30pm Seniors
⚫ Saturday:
➡️ 9.30-10.30am Blue/Red/Black Belts
➡️ 10.30am-12.30pm Tournament Training.

Our 9:30am Saturday class is now open to blue belts & above 💪
