Our taekwondo classes are held four days per week in Garston, south Liverpool. We welcome both novice and advanced students from age 5 upwards. Please come along any time to enjoy a free trial lesson (there’s no need to book in advance); or just watch a class and see what we’re all about.
The content of each class can vary, but may include pad work, fitness, technical patterns and drills, self-defence, sparring and board-breaking.

Kids: Children aged approx 5-8 years

Seniors: Teens and adults welcome; juniors allowed at instructor’s discretion only
Blue/Red/Black Belts: Advanced class for blue, red and black belt students only
Tournament Training: Tournament preparation. All ages & grades welcome. Train for two hours or just one if preferred.
Class fees:
First lesson FREE!
After that, just pay as you train:
1 hour class – Β£5.
2 hour Tournament Training class – Β£8.
3 hours Black Belt class + Tournament Training class – Β£10.
Payments can be made in cash, online by PayPal or credit/debit card, or by bank transfer (just let us know if you need our bank details). You can also pay in advance for several classes at a time if itβs easier for you.
Membership:
All taekwondo students are required to have a licence, which validates our insurance and provides students with membership of our association, Global Taekwondo International (GTI).
We require all new students to complete a licence form before they train with us, and the annual fee of Β£25 should be paid as soon as possible. Once you hold a valid licence, you will also be eligible to take part in belt gradings and tournaments.
