Before booking:
- Please make sure you have a valid GTI licence. If you need to renew your licence, please complete an application form and return it to us as soon as possible with the annual fee.
- Please read our COVID-19 Implementation Plan, so that you’re aware of our new procedures.
- Please stay home and self-isolate if you experience any coronavirus symptoms; if you have been in contact with symptomatic individuals; or if you have been advised to self-isolate by NHS Test & Trace. Please do not attend classes.
Bookings & payment:
Please complete online payment for your class as soon as you have completed the booking. If you experience any issues with payment, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings for which payments are outstanding.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a class, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give someone else the opportunity to train. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will only be credited/transferred if we are able to find a replacement for you.
