| Start time | Arrive at 9.15am for a 9.30am start |
| Entry fee | £25 £18 for age 18+ white belts & yellow stripes as there is no sparring category or this group. Spectators FREE. |
| Eligibility | Open to all licenced students. Please note there will be no sparring division for white belts & yellow stripes aged over 18. |
| Events | Patterns Sparring Special technique (13yrs & under: flying side kick. 14-17 yrs: flying high kick.) Power breaking (over 18s, green belt & above) Surprise bonus event! (£3 a turn, pay on the day) |
