🥊 Saturday:
➡️ 9.30-10.30am Red & Black Belts
➡️ 10.30am-12.30pm Tournament Training.

Also, all students (age 7+) are welcome to attend GTI National Squad Training on Sunday. If you're interested in competing and improving your tournament performance, this training is for you!

Cracking results from the team today at the OMA Welsh Championships in Wrexham! 👊

We had 21 students taking part and they absolutely smashed it, winning 33 medals: 19 gold, 11 silver & 3 bronze! 🥊
