What a team! 
This lot were absolutely brilliant at the North West Championships yesterday! Everyone got stuck in and gave it their best. Our 12 competitors came away with a haul of 20 medals: 12 gold, 4 silver & 4 bronze! 
A special shout-out to Tess, who did really well in her first ever competition 
Well done also to Joe, who put in a great effort in the patterns but unfortunately couldnβt stick around for the sparring.
So many performances to be proud of! Well done, team. Smashed it!
