The GTI National Squad has continued to smash it on the second day of the UITF World Championships in Croatia! 🥊

We're super proud of the whole squad, but especially our Liverpool fighters 💪

Our colour belt results:
🥇🥇 Olly Gargan - 2 x gold patterns & sparring
🥇🥇🥉 Jay Connolly - 2 x gold sparring & team sparring, bronze patterns
🥈 Liam Murphy - silver sparring
🥈🥈 Nikola Kliza - 2 x silver patterns & sparring
🥇 Eloise Williams - gold sparring.

We also had team sparring gold medals awarded to Owen, Callum and Connor 🥇🥇🥇🥇

Added to yesterday's black belt results:
🥇🥇 Owen - 2 x gold patterns & sparring
🥇🥈 Callum - gold sparring, silver patterns
Connor - had a great fight, but was robbed! 🙄
🥇🥇 Stef - 2 x gold patterns & sparring.

This takes the Liverpool total to 18 World Championships medals: 13 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze! 🤯

Regardless of the results, the passion and determination shown by each of our squad members has been incredible; not just at the tournament, but over the months of hard training that they have dedicated themselves to in order to achieve their goals. We are beyond proud ❤️

The squad's black belts were competing today, including our very own Owen, Callum, Connor and Stef! You won't be surprised to learn that they all did the club proud.

The GTI National Squad will take part in the UITF Open World Championships this weekend, with black belts competing on Saturday and colour belts on Sunday.
