Well done to all those who graded this month! Everyone passed!

Super-proud coaches here today after a great effort from the team at the GTI North West Open!

We had some first-time competitors and a few students competing in higher divisions after the recent grading; but everyone got stuck in and gave it their best shot.

Our 29 competitors achieved 40 medals: 19 gold, 8 silver & 13 bronze!

Well done also to Jonny, Toby, Ríain & Sandra. They missed out on medals this time, but they all gave performances to be proud of.

Thank you and well done to everyone who helped with officiating and organising the tournament, and to all our coaches and support squad. The dream team!

RESULTS: 2024 GTI North West Open

Our team smashed it again today at the ITC Northern Open in Oldham, with everyone who took part winning at least one medal!

12 competitors. 30 medals! Total haul: 16 gold, 8 silver, 6 bronze!

RESULTS: 2024 ITC Northern Open

Our students battled it out in Deeside today (sometimes with the refs as much as with their opponents!) and each of them gave a performance to be proud of! Our team of 20 students won 30 medals: 14 gold, 10 silver and 6 bronze!

A big shout-out to Dean and Ríain, who were competing for the first time; and to Owen & Rod, who also took part but missed out on the medals. Great effort, lads

A great start to the year for our squad! Impressive performances from the whole team at the GTI English Open today. We’re very proud!

Our 14 competitors brought home 18 medals: 4 gold, 9 silver & 5 bronze!

Well done also to Ethan, who fought really well and won several fights, only just missing out on a medal.

Great work from our team today at the final tournament of the year, the GTI British Open! 

There was lots of tough opposition, but our students got stuck in and gave performances to be proud of. Our 14 competitors won 16 medals: 5 gold, 6 silver & 5 bronze! 

A special mention also goes to Toby, who did really well in his first ever competition! And to Paul, who fought really well but was unfortunately unable to continue due to injury

RESULTS: 2023 GTI British Open

A great day out for the team today at the OMA Regional Championships in Wrexham! We had 18 students taking part, which is a fantastic turnout, and they won 29 medals: 13 gold, 5 silver & 11 bronze!

Well done also to Eoin and Andy, who both fought well but just missed out on the medals. The whole team was amazing – especially our first-timers, Eoin, Ethan & Jacob, who we hope will join us again soon for another one!

There were lots of tough fights today, but we’re really proud of you all for stepping up and representing the club. Great work, team!
